General Summary
Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in an internal medicine practice setting.
Responsibilities
WellSpan Health is seeking a board eligible/ board certified internal medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Chambersburg PA. Elevate your career while enjoying the best of both professional and personal worlds.
Position Highlights:
- Join a team of 3 providers and a strong support staff at our well known practice
- Patient population consists of a combination of older and geriatric individuals while the more recently acquired patients tend to be younger in age.
- Office hours are 8am 5pm; great for work/ home balance
- We have 2 locations: Chambersburg and Fayetteville PA. Lab in Chambersburg
- Nursing home coverage is rotated and minimal
- Epic EMR utilized at all WellSpan locations

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and
- Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Administrative skills.
