Position Summary:
The Lockwood Group is looking to hire a skilled Fielder to support the Armys Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects (STRIKE) Program under PEO Missiles and Spacein Huntsville AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding training and sustaining kinetic effect systems ensuring seamless integration with operational forces. This role requires expertise in Army missile and munitions systems deployment logistics and soldier training to enhance battlefield effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead fieldingefforts for STRIKE systems ensuring effective deployment and operational readiness.
Provide handson support for system integration troubleshooting and sustainment activities.
Collaborate with military units to coordinate fielding schedules site surveys and readiness assessments.
Conduct operator and maintainer training for military personnel on STRIKE systems and associated technologies.
Support system testing evaluations and afteraction reviews to identify and implement improvements.
Develop fielding documentation technical manuals and training materials to ensure proper system use and maintenance.
Assist in logistics planning and ensuring timely delivery and deployment of STRIKE assets.
Liaise with program managers engineers and logisticians to align fielding efforts with Army operational objectives.
Provide onsite support during exercises and realworld operations to ensure system effectiveness.
Maintain compliance with Army regulations safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Logistics Military Science or a related field (equivalent military experience may be considered).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fielding logistics or military operations related to missile and munition systems.
Familiarity with PEO Missiles and Space programs Army missile defense systems and kinetic effect technologies.
Experience conducting field support and sustainment operations.
Strong knowledge of Army logistics supply chain management and deployment procedures.
Ability to travel to military installations and operational sites as required.
Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and technical documentation.
