You have at least 35 years of experience in the energy or green tech sector with a proven track record in business development venture building or a similar role requiring a strong analytical & commercial skillset and strategic
You have an exploratory mindset and can manage internal expectations & goals at the same time
Youre a resultsoriented executor who thrives on testing ideas in the market quickly and adapting strategies to meet specific customer needs
You are able to perform in a new environment without predefined end2end processes and structures
You navigate complex situations with ease effectively managing internal and external dependencies through exceptional organizational skills and a solutionoriented mindset
You haveexcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
You have a deep understanding of the renewable energy landscape including current technologies market trends and challenges
