Job Description

Szukamy prawnika ktry bdzie odpowiedzialny za kompleksow obsug prawn naszych klientw biznesowych. Oferujemy wspprac w dynamicznym rodowisku gdzie bdziesz mia/a moliwo rozwoju swoich umiejtnoci w obszarze prawa korporacyjnego prawa pracy oraz AML.

  • Przeprowadzanie weryfikacji KYB oraz onboardingu klientw biznesowych;

  • Nawizywanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami biznesowymi zapewniajc im najwyszy poziom obsugi;

  • cisa wsppraca z dziaami AML oraz Cyberbezpieczestwa w celu analizy ryzyka;

  • Przygotowywanie i opiniowanie umw dokumentw korporacyjnych opinii prawnych oraz regulaminw;

  • Wsparcie zespou HR w obszarze prawa pracy: przygotowywanie umw i innej dokumentacji udzielanie porad prawnych w zakresie zatrudnienia;

  • Udzielanie porad prawnych w zakresie prawa korporacyjnego;

  • Prowadzenie bada i analiz prawnych;

  • Wsppraca z innymi dziaami w celu zapewnienia zgodnoci z obowizujcymi przepisami prawa;

  • Ukoczone studia prawnicze;

  • Dowiadczenie w zakresie prawa korporacyjnego audytu spek zagranicznych oraz analizy spek offshore;

  • Znajomo prawa pracy i dowiadczenie w prawnej obsudze pracownikw;

  • Pynna znajomo jzyka polskiego i angielskiego w mowie i pimie (min. C1;

INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSINGFOR CANDIDATES FOR EMPLOYMENT AT THE BB TRADE ESTONIA OU

Pursuant to Article 131 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR) we inform you that:The controller of your personal data for the recruitment process is: BB Trade Estonia O with its registered office in Harju maakond Tallinn Lasname linnaosa Thesaju tee 9 13917 ESTONIA (office no. 10 2nd floor) incorporated under Estonian law and registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Estonia with the number; (hereinafter: Controller).

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. in order to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of the relevant provisions of the labour law with regard to: name date of birth contact details education professional qualifications and previous employment history (on the basis of a legal obligation Article 61(c) GDPR) for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment process but no longer than 3 months from the moment the decision is made to employ the candidate;
  2. in order to carry out the recruitment process on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data i.e. personal data other than that indicated in the point above provided in your CV form cover letter and other documents (on the basis of consent Article 61(a) GDPR) for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment process but no longer than 3 months from the moment the decision is made to employ the candidate;
  3. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller in respect of the data collected from you during the recruitment process in relation to verifying your skills and abilities needed for the position advertised (based on the controllers legitimate interest Article 61(f) GDPR) for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment process but no longer than 3 months after the decision to employ the candidate has been made;
  4. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller in the event of a legal need to establish facts to prove the fulfilment of obligations (based on the legitimate interest of the controller Article 61(f) GDPR) for the period of time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purpose on the basis of the applicable legal provisions;
  5. in order to carry out future recruitment processes on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data provided in your CV form cover letter and other documents (on the basis of consent Article 61(a) GDPR) for a period of 12 months.

In accordance with the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR) and to receive a copy of your personal data (Article 153 of the GDPR) the right to request rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR) erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR) or restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR) as well as the right to portability of your personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR) and to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).

You also have the right in the case of processing based on Article 61(a) or Article 92(a) to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

In order to exercise the abovementioned rights the data subject should contact using the contact details provided the Controller and inform him/her of which right and to what extent he/she wishes to exercise.

We inform you that the Controller does not make decisions by automated means including profiling.

The provision of personal data with regard to name date of birth contact details education and previous employment history is a condition for taking part in the respective recruitment process. For the rest the provision of personal data is voluntary.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority which in Estonia is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate 39 Tatari St. 10134 Tallinn.
