About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Sales and Marketing youll lead the growth of Corporate clients focusing on building and expanding our membership base increasing sales and enhancing member engagement. Your role involves significant business development activities to grow Corporate memberships while understanding and supporting member needs.
You will ensure our members derive maximum value from their membership and actively promote our products services and programs to help them achieve their goals.
You will also help execute the regional membership strategy and establish partnerships with regional business networks including councils and associations.
With a focus on facetoface engagement acquisition and retention of members youll drive growth and satisfaction among our Corporate members..
About you
We are seeking an experienced account manager with a passion for business development and delivering member satisfaction .You will have a strong personal network and experience operating in a B2B environment. A connection to growth sectors in the South Australian economy such as Tech Defence Space BioMed Advanced Manufacturing would also be an advantage.
You must be approachable a motivated selfstarter and confident in your ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You will be extremely organised and proficient in the of your sales plans management of your pipeline and achievement of targets. Your ability to seek out opportunities and convert leads are a key focus to achieving the KPIs for this role.
Outstanding communication a natural ability to engage a professional and proactive approach and a thirst to learn are essential qualities to ensure success in this role.
You will possess a positive attitude an ethical approach and easily build rapport and trust. Collaboration across departments is a key focus. You will care about delivering an exceptional member experience and are experienced in developing networks customer relationships and know your way around a CRM system.
