Job Summary
Accurately and timely input data into the TEA management system TEAMS ; provide information/reports to director on a timely basis.
Essential Functions
Accurately input information into TEAMS including student attendance hours Monitor and clear TEAMS data exceptions Working with Tests of Adult Basic Education TABE CASAS and progress concerning Adult Education and Literacy students Maintain files and records Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 of the time Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time The person in this position needs to move to other locations on campus occasionally Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation Use of manual dexterity The person in this position frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information Frequently moves equipment or paperwork weighing up to 20 pounds
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Office experience Working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs Experience maintaining files and records
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree
