Job Description
About the Receptionist role;
- Welcoming guests to the Resort
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Responding to daytoday enquires
- Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests arrival on Resort
- Having a strong Resort knowledge
- Dealing with guests queries either facetoface by email and over the telephone
- Completing daily administrative duties
- Using inhouse systems alongside Word and Excel
Hours of work:
- A parttime position working 2440 hours per week
- All straight shifts
- Reception is open between the hours of 8am 10pm 7 days per week
You will take personal pride in;
- Being a friendly and approachable team member helping guests with any questions or queries they may have
- Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable creating a professional first impression
- Being selfmotivated with a positive outlook and a passion to do your best
- Having excellent organisational skills
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you by treating your colleagues with respect
