Program Supervisor
Responsible for overall supervision of the program to include scheduling covering shifts as needed training oncall coverage representing the program in the community as requested planning developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the program. Carries a caseload if required. Maintains positive working relationship with community agencies. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any agerelated needs of the consumers served. The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served. He or she must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumers status in order to identify each consumers needs and provide the appropriate care including agerelated care needed by the consumer group. Required to report to work in inclement weather.
Legacy operates the Statedesignated Screening and Crisis Intervention Program for Burlington County providing evaluations 24 hours a day 365 days a year to individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis or posing a danger to self others or property.
We make it our priority to screen and triage individuals in crisis within community settings as opposed to a hospital setting. Our certified screeners and mental health professionals work together to stabilize the crisis and determine the most appropriate least restrictive treatment option.
Hours:
Full Time; Monday Friday 3p11p

Education/Experience:
Masters Degree required or enrolled a Masters Degree program. License preferred. Registered Nurse acceptable. If RN must be certified in psychiatric/mental health nursing; current N.J. nursing licensure required. Certified screener preferred screener certification eligibility and participation in training required.
Your drivers license must be in good standing with no recent suspensions or violations of careless/reckless driving or excessive speeding of more than 20 MPH and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
