The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vacant units are prepared to the highest standards for new residents as well as maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury apartment complex in Jersey City NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vacant units are prepared to the highest standards for new residents as well as maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas.
Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of vacant apartment units including kitchens bathrooms living areas and bedrooms.
- Execute makeready tasks such as dusting vacuuming mopping and polishing surfaces to create a welcoming environment for prospective residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas including lobbies hallways fitness centers and lounges.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications of the Housekeeper:
- 1 year experience in housekeeping preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- This position may have 1 weekend day requirement.
