Haywards Heath Hospital Administration Permanent Full time
Salary of 24531.00 per annum
37.5 hours per week
This role is dedicated to our PreAssessment department and will incorporate all administrative duties.
Our PreAssessment Team at our Haywards Heath Hospital currently have an opportunity for a dedicated Patient Services Administrator. Start your journey with us whilst well support you to be your best.
The Role:
Youll be a smart friendly and enthusiastic member of the team providing vital administrative support. Duties include the management of all preassessment appointments and related departmental tasks. Your IT and organisational skills will be supported by an excellent telephone manner.You will interact with Consultants Patients and Colleagues being sensitive to our customers needs and providing excellent customer service. Administration andkeyboard skills are required. Previous experience of working in customer service environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Key tasks:
Dealing with both incoming and outgoing calls
Arranging /changing preop appointments
Preparing clinic paperwork
Providing administrative support to clinical staff as required
Accuracy in data inputting and able to work under pressure
Flexibility in working pattern and duties
Previous knowledge or experience of working within healthcare administration / receptionor hospitality industry is preferable but not essential
Good IT and Key Boards Skills Required
Good communication/interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated and able to work alone and a part of a team
Well presented with strong customer service skills
