Were on the hunt for an experienced Global HRIS Specialist. A successful candidate will be responsible for projects involving close collaboration with HR colleagues and other departments such as IT Finance Quality and Legal.
You will be required to come in to our Warsaw Poland office 3 days a week as part of our flexible working pattern.
What youll do at Elekta
This role is an expert in Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS) ensuring the system meets business needs through maintenance development and configuration. Key responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy implementing new functionalities generating reports and supporting end users.
Your role will include (but not limited to):
- Customize and configure HRIS software to meet organizational needs.
- Administer and maintain HRIS databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and evaluate user requirements.
- Participate in projects to implement new and improve existing functionality for HRIS.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to HRIS.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for users to enhance system adoption.
- Generate reports to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Suggest and contribute ideas for improvement within the HRIS team.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on scalable efficient solutions.
- High independence proactivity and responsibility for the tasks performed.
- Adept at managing concurrent projects and meeting their respective deadlines.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in HR IT or Management.
- 35 years experience in supporting and troubleshooting HRIS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR processes.
- Intermediate proficiency of multiple components features and functions of Workday.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Training skills for HR staff on HRIS usage.
- Adaptable and open to occasional time zone adjustments.
- Fluent in English.
