Job Description
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a TopSecret SCI with polygraphcleared Senior level Systems Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Ability to define implement and maintain processes and procedures to meet project objectives.
- Experienced with analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Experienced with developing initiatives for continuous process improvements.
- Ability to work with the customer and developers in integration of applications.
- Ability to use best practices to carry out system engineering reengineering process measurements and change management activities.
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify business requirements processes and risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience applying system engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization
- projects.
- Familiar with performing activity and data modeling developing modern business methods identifying best practices and creating and assessing performance management.
- Experienced with executing as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprisewide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Ability to document and track requirements and assist in driving them to completion
- TS/SCI with FS Polygraph
- A Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field.

Many factors can influence final salary including but not limited to relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a positions geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates.
