Job Description
A top client of ours in the consulting engineering field is currently looking to appoint a qualified Quantity Surveyor who can join their multidisciplinary team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Minimum requirements include:
- BSc/BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 Years experience in a QS environment working on projects such as shopping centres offices hospitals clinics taxi ranks libraries schools etc.
- Candidate or Pr QS registration with SACQSP
- Good knowledge of JBCC FIDIC NEC and GCC forms of contract
- Proficiency in WinQS and MS Office
