Job Description
Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates Inc. is currently seeking a fulltime GroundsMaintenance Technician. This position is responsible for preparing work areas and conducting work to ensurethe safety of occupants continuity of business operations and the cleanliness of all work areas. The position will support locations in the Treasure Coast FL area.
Experience and Skills required:
- Requires minimum 1yearrelated experience (mowing eating litter removal some other repairs such as basic plumbing)
- Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record
- Customer interface (communications problem solving work prioritization & scheduling)
- Plumbing skills (minor restroom repair of toilets sinks and fixtures)
- Building skills (doors & hardware furniture & hardware bulletin boardsetc.
- Meeting setup skills (arranging chairs/tables AV equipment setup)
- Painting skills (for touchups and misc.
- Computer skills (email scheduling maintenance management work order & PMs)
Schedule:
Full time; Day shift Monday through Friday. Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
Salary:
$15$17/hr depending on experience
