Who are we looking for
Our office in Toronto Markham Mississauga and Whitby ON is looking to bring onboard a Counsel Large Infrastructure to supportdeliver legal risk and compliance services to GHDs Canadabased Infrastructure business and commercial management team. As a Counsel you will be responsible provision of legal risk and compliance advice in support of the business sectors commercial transactional work; strategic support in relation to project delivery disputes and claims management; delivery of legal risk and compliance support to the Canadian operations and project personnel and Commercial Management leaders on an as required basis; and development of area(s) of substantive legal expertise.
