Open Position : Operations Head Facilities / Soft services
Work Location : Bangalore
Salary : Rs.60000Rs.70000 Per month
Candidate Should be with prior Facility Management Industry work experience.
Should be Available to Join Immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain service standards for accuracy productivity and reliability
Managethe day to dayoperationsat client locations ensuring no disruptions
Ensure regulatory compliance and legal rules are followed
Interaction between site customers vendors.
Preparing MIS based on daily/weekly/Monthly reports from the different sites.
Performance evaluation of the Team
Develop the customer base.
Develop & closely monitor the Service Level Agreements of all the vendors & report
Maintain all records related to the performance of as per the SLA.
Develop MIS reports
Ensure on time billing and collections
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
Actively participates inteam meetings and other open forums
Preparation of PM schedule 52week) daily weekly monthly quarterly checklist.
Manpower management : Retention & Absenteeism Attrition
Keep Track of assets tools inventoryPM activityetc
Maintain the documents like Attendance & obtaining the Client Approvals for Billing & Salary etc.
Reward&Recognition: Ensuring the staff are suitably recognized and rewarded as part of team motivational programme.
Deployment&workschedule :Ensuring deployment of resources across all shifts and completion of planned activities.
MIS Reports: Compilation and presentation of daily weekly fortnightly and monthly reports analysis
Checklists/Registers: All checklists and registers are maintained upto date and kept ready.
Management (Preparation monitoring tracking & controlling)
Should be willing travel out stations i.e out of Karnataka for Transition
Should have basic knowledge on Technical Services.
