Your Role:
As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical production equipment and systems that keep our manufacturing process running efficiently. This is a handson role where youll work with cuttingedge technology and complex systems that require your deep electrical expertise.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
  • 480V
  • VFD Variable Frequency Drive
  • plc
  • High Voltage
  • Multicraft
  • Must have electrical experience (Industrial not house wiring)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation systems including conveyor systems servo motors and fan motors
  • Work with high voltage and 480V electrical systems ensuring safe operation and compliance with industry standards
  • Diagnose repair and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and PLCcontrolled equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on key equipment to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify and troubleshoot root causes of equipment failures and implement longterm solutions
  • Work independently to complete tasks while collaborating with the team to improve processes
  • Assist with facilities maintenance and other general maintenance tasks as needed
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve equipment performance and contribute to the teams success

What Were Looking For:

  • 5 years of handson experience with industrial electrical systems including 480V VFDs and PLC systems (no house wiring strictly industrial)
  • Strong background in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in servo motor and fan motor replacements and general mechanical troubleshooting
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and process optimization
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A commitment to safety quality and efficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
