Your Role:
As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical production equipment and systems that keep our manufacturing process running efficiently. This is a handson role where youll work with cuttingedge technology and complex systems that require your deep electrical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial automation systems including conveyor systems servo motors and fan motors
- Work with high voltage and 480V electrical systems ensuring safe operation and compliance with industry standards
- Diagnose repair and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and PLCcontrolled equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on key equipment to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot root causes of equipment failures and implement longterm solutions
- Work independently to complete tasks while collaborating with the team to improve processes
- Assist with facilities maintenance and other general maintenance tasks as needed
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve equipment performance and contribute to the teams success
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of handson experience with industrial electrical systems including 480V VFDs and PLC systems (no house wiring strictly industrial)
- Strong background in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in servo motor and fan motor replacements and general mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively
- Experience with preventative maintenance and process optimization
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- A commitment to safety quality and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
