Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for food and beverage staff
- Deliver engaging training sessions on industry standards and protocols
- Lead staff development initiatives to enhance performance and skills
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide constructive evaluation and feedback to staff
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff progress
- Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize training outcomes

Salary:** 35k to 40K
