Job Description

Opportunity for a Maintenance Leader to lead a multicraft team to enhance plant reliability and ensure safe efficient operations. This role collaborates with operations and technical teams to optimize maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a maintenance team managing rotating equipment piping pressure vessels and electrical systems.

  • Optimize workflow and improve equipment reliability in coordination with operations.

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans including preventive and predictive strategies.

  • Manage asset maintenance shutdowns and reliability initiatives.

  • Control maintenance budgets and drive costeffective solutions.

  • Provide accountability continuous improvement and team development.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to EH&S guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • 10 years of maintenance experience including 5 years in supervision.

  • 5 years in a chemical plant environment with direct production responsibility.

  • Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

  • Experience with CMMS PLC DCS and industrial equipment
