Job Description

As a Chef Manager you are responsible for helping the kitchen staff perform efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Establishing standard menu options and recipes
Ordering food and supplies
Oversee the kitchen and line staff
Oversee catering events
Scheduling staff hours
Requirments/Experience:
Experience working in aLong Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility
Supervisory skillsrequired
Experience with working in a Union environment
Line cookrequired
