Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Buyer to join our global procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies managing supplier relationships and ensuring the timely and costeffective procurement of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineer or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
