Job Description
- Job Scope:
- Work on equipment as needed
- Required Skills:
- Usage of small equipment like skid steer knowledge
- Knowledge of general or advanced mechanical skills
- Working independently while plant is running
- Knowledge of welding cutting with torches electric hand tools and general metal works is a major plus.
- Not scared of long houred manual labor from time to time
- Willing to work long hours necessary
- Uses their own reliable transportation to and from work
- Willing to be on call if necessary on weekends
- Knowledge of general asphalt works is a major plus
- Not afraid to speak up when they see something that doesnt look right no matter the answer.
- ABOVE ALL SAFETY ORIENTED AT ALL TIMES
- Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greasing and general checks of industrial parts
- Preventative maintenance for further runnings
- Using best judgement to identify potential issues with any aspect of the plant
- Making said issues known to immediate supervisor and assisting
- Sticking to pre determined list and insuring all checklist daily are completed
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
- Must have good endurance
- Will be required to bend stoop squat crouch kneel and crawl to perform task
- Ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions
- Documents Required:
- Drivers License/Identification Card
- Social Security Card/Birth Certificate
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Must be able to provide own PPE (hard hat steel toes safety glasses gloves)
- Pay:
- Starting at $16.00$18.00 (DOE)
- Weekly Pay
- Pay schedule: Monday Sunday
- Schedule:
- Monday Friday (Weekends as needed)
- 1012 hour days (with weather permitting)
- Monday Friday (Weekends as needed)
- Duration of Job: Temp to hire
