Whats your daytoday look like
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders with the utmost compassion integrity and commitment to excellence
Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients
Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary
Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
Accept a variety of insurances
Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings
Work with a variety of clients including individuals couples families and groups within your skillset and scope of practice
Collaborate in the most effective possible ways with your clients using empirically supported treatment models and outcome measures to enhance outcomes and the therapeutic relationship
Make referrals to appropriate lines of service based on the clients needs both inhouse and out. (Psychological testing Medication Management TMS Spravato MAT)
What experience and qualifications are we looking for
Must be a fully licensed clinical mental health therapist or have a temporary license in one of the following disciplines: LCSW LMHC LMFT LMSW LMHCt or LMFTt
Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and EvidencedBased Models
Must take initiative demonstrate sound judgment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and timemanagement skills
Excellent verbal and written communication organization & time management skills
