Job Description
Providence Staffing is seeking a resultsoriented Executive Recruiter with proven recruitment and staffing experience to join our bestinclass team. This is a remote position and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategies: Execute and enhance nationwide recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools in alignment with the companys evolving strategic plan mission vision and values.
Relationship Building: Develop productive and effective relationships with hiring managers to understand immediate midterm and longterm staffing needs and timelines.
Candidate Pipeline: Continuously network and maintain a pipeline of toptier candidates ensuring a pool of qualified diverse candidates in advance of need.
Initiative Implementation: Implement key initiatives and special projects in response to internal business needs and sector trends.
Networking: Attend networking and recruiting events to identify potential employers for our candidate pool.
Brand Awareness: Increase awareness of Providence Staffings brand across multiple platforms including social media and job boards.
Applicant Screening: Screen applicants via phone or in person.
Additional Tasks: Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
Demonstrated passion for empowering candidates.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet staffing deadlines.
Ability to meet and balance multiple deadlines.
Highly process and detailoriented.
Strong customer service focus.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
Schedule:
Typical hours: 9 AM EST 5 PM EST Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
$18 per hour plus commission on each direct hire placement.
