Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our service team. The Quick Lane Technician will play a crucial role in performing routine maintenance and light repairs on a variety of vehicles ensuring our customers receive efficient and topnotch service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes tire rotations and other routine maintenance services.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
- Complete basic automotive repairs such as brake and battery replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Quick Lane Technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
