A homecare organization is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Homecare Coordinator to oversee daytoday operations and connect clients with caregivers. This role requires managing schedules maintaining records and ensuring client and caregiver satisfaction. Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients caregivers and families addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain personalized care plans tailored to client needs.
- Schedule and match caregivers with clients ensuring compatibility and availability.
- Manage caregiver timesheets payroll and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records for clients and caregivers.
- Handle lastminute schedule changes and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement service improvements.
- Provide orientation and training for new caregivers.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in homecare coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
