Job Title: WorkReady Processing/Production Associate
Reports to: Director of Production; Director of Programs
FSLA: NonExempt PartTime

Program Description: Our Production/Processing Training and Internship Program offers a comprehensive and supportive learning/working environment for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment while earning a paycheck. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical skills valuable experience and job readiness development to help them succeed in the production/processing field while working towards competitive employment.
Program Benefits:
- Paid Work Experience: Participants receive pay for all handson training experiences. Earn while you learn!
- Handson Training: Participants will receive practical handson training in production and processing techniques including equipment operation quality control safety procedures and more.
- Individualized Support: Our team of experienced professionals will provide individualized support guidance and coaching to help participants succeed in the program and prepare for current and future employment opportunities.
- Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the chance to network with industry professionals potential employers and community partners to expand their professional network and explore career opportunities in the production/processing industry.
- Career Development: Throughout the program participants will have access to valuable resources and support to help them develop their professional skills and advance their careers in the production/processing field.
- Internship Opportunities: Qualified participants may have the opportunity to participate in internships with local employers after program completion gaining realworld experience and building their resumes for future employment.
Program Requirements:
- Open to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment who are interested in pursuing careers in production/processing jobs.
- Must be motivated reliable and committed to participating fully in the program.
- No prior experience in production/processing jobs is required; we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Must be able to attend sessions regularly and actively participate in program activities.

Typical Work Hours: To be Determined
Typical Working Conditions: Individuals work in a reasonably clean indoor production environment under supervision. There is continuous contact with staff and coworkers of various abilities. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
