Job Description
ODP is a firm that offers a teamcentric atmosphere designed to promote an interdisciplinary design approach and philosophy while fostering professional development of team members. Candidates should be creative motivated and ready to contribute and continuously learn.
The position requires 3 years of onthejob experience. The position requires experience in the development of design and construction documents from conceptual design through project delivery. Applicants should be able to produce complete Construction Documents coordinating multiple disciplines including Structural Engineers MEP Engineers and other consultants as required. Candidates must be able to work independently with professional time management and leadership skills.
Candidates should be proficient in current drafting modeling and rendering computer programs such as: AutoCAD Rhinoceros 5.0 Revit Procore Adobe Suite: Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Bluebeam Microsoft Office Suite.
Level of Education: Bachelors degree or higher
License is not required but encouraged
Job Type: Fulltime 100 Onsite
