Job Description
Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K$200K. A candidate for one of these positions must have:
- Minimum 4 years experience with: general business and corporate law and securities
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents including contracts and agreements
- Experience with complex business matters
- Experience with some international business matters
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent the companys interests
