We are currently accepting applications to fill the following three 3 building superintendent positions.
- Traveling Superintendent for out of state projects.
- Commercial/Tilt Superintendent
- Finish Superintendent (Churches/Finish Spaces)
As a Building Superintendent youll manage all aspects of the project onsite including Subcontractors Suppliers as well as Conewago SelfPerforming Crews!
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership skills including ability to manage selfperform crews.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to keep project on time and within budget.
- Willingness to travel out of town to various jobsites.
