What You Will Get To Do:
- Managing and leading a high velocity digital sales team
- Leading by example and providing real time coaching by participating in and/or leading client and prospect meetings. This includes consistent meetings with VP and Clevels clients.
- Growing and developing talent through effective recruiting hiring and supporting professional development planning.
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive environment market trends and new customers and/or market opportunities.
- Demonstrating Operational Excellence by accurately reporting on sales activity forecast and pipeline management to senior leaders.
- Collaborating with cross functional SS&C Intralinks organizations to support unique customer needs escalations and achieve greater organizational impact.
- Understanding of key buying personas and ability to discuss relevant business challenges for each. Provide daytoday coaching and mentoring the digital sales team.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience including prior success selling SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/Software solutions to large corporate accounts or financial services institutions
- Minimum 24 months sales management experience including experience hiring developing and coaching salespeople A roll up your sleeves mentality and a leader who has experience working in a highly demanding fast paced environment where you will need to wear many hats; and need to be able to hit the ground running
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ensure the sales team actively maintains a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with SS&C Intralinks processes and methodologies using SalesForce
- Proven success of managing a large sales team selling a SaaS product CRM experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Strong work ethic selfmotivated and driven Interest and ability to enable and develop other sales staff to achieve targeted objectives
- Experience with Microsoft Office and webbased technologies
