Job Title: Senior EC&I Engineer

Salary: Up to 50k
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
Contract/Permanent: Permanent
Site Based/Office/Remote: Hybrid working arrangement
Start Date: ASAP
We are an engineering consultancy based in Widnes specialising in Electrical Control and Instrumentation detailed design. We offer comprehensive project lifecycle support from initial conceptual design through to detailed design onsite installation commissioning and handover. We are actively recruiting 2 Senior EC&I Engineers to manage and oversee a number of exciting challenging projects.
Our Key Services:
- Full technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- Development of technical documentation
- Design substantiations with supporting documentation
- Conceptual and detailed design drawings
- EC&I design calculations
- System surveys
- Commissioning including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Site Testing Work (STW) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Safety Integrity Systems design
- Control panel design and functional testing
- Installation and containment route design
- Pneumatic design
- Hazardous area design
What are we looking for
- 2 Senior level EC&I Engineers
- Able to technically manage & oversee projects
- Experienced in detailed design using AutoCAD electrical
- ATEX trained to Compex Ex12 design also beneficial to have Compex 0104 & 05/06.
- Nuclear experience would also be beneficial
- Must be able to work on site and perform commissioning activities ect when required
- Ability to write technical documentation from scratch including FDS FAT SAT ect
- Beneficial to have experience in the functional safety lifecycle and substantiation
Package on offer:
- Up to 50000 per annum
