The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork Freelancer etc focusing on IT Projects.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling proposals.
- Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and projects.
- Prepare regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 2 years in Team Handling.
- Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
