Job Details
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads design development and automation of scalable Analytic data engineering products leveraging Machine Learning cloud infrastructure
Leads the design build and operationalization of monitoring and tracking of data quality and data flow dynamics
Optimizes existing data processes and implements bestinclass data transformation capabilities
Leverages advanced statistical and computational methodologies to deliver insights and identify strategic opportunities
Implements Data Ingestion Framework and other reusable components leveraged for delivering data pipeline and supporting adhoc data ingestions
Assists with development and storage of analyticsready data for development of analytic deliverables
Recommends data products to solve business problems meeting multiple stakeholder requirements
Drives project planning processes delegates noncomplex tasks to junior team members
Mentors other team members and assists them with priority setting and issue resolution
Maintains data and information environment that provides consistent and accurate reporting of the clients data
Leverages Machine Learning to enhance the developed solution
Collaborates with Business and Client representatives to target strategic analytics opportunities and define deliverable scope
Facilitates the resolution of issues regarding projects being worked on to include proper documentation of recommendations for those issues
Manages multiple initiatives in parallel partnering with other Analytics team members and conducts review meetings with stakeholders to drive prioritization effort
Analyzes model errors and design strategies to overcome them
Implements best practices for data engineering to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Brings expert knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to drive business analytics and semantic data access requirements.
Work closely with business users vendors and delivery teams to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of business analytics and reporting solutions.
Conceptualize design and develop data visualization solutions that synthesize data concepts into clear communications for key business stakeholders.
Drives business stakeholder adoption of insightsdriven decision making and/or business process innovation.
Leads knowledge transfer around using data visualizations to business stakeholders.
Assist in developing best practices for data presentation and sharing across the organization.
Ensures data visualization standards are maintained and implemented.
Demonstrate an ability to reduce data to the bare minimum of what is needed to optimally communicate a message.
Provides technical leadership coaching and mentoring to team members and business users.
Participates in POC projects and provides business analytics solutions recommendations.
Evaluates new visualization tools and performs research on best practices.
Contributes to strategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on system options risk cost vs. benefits and impacts on business processes and goals.
Has expertise in multiple technical environments and possesses business knowledge that spans multiple business areas.
Responsible for BI Tool administration & security functions as designated

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Statistics Computer Science Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
Advanced Data Analytics Certifications
AI and ML Certifications
SAS Statistical Business Analyst Professional Certification
WORK EXPERIENCE:
6 years of directlyrelated or relevant experience preferably in healthcare data analytics or data engineering.
Working Hours:
7PM IST to 2AM IST; Hybrid Working Model
