Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Imports & Exports Coordination:
Plan coordinate and execute import and export shipments via air sea and land transport.
Work with carriers customs brokers and warehouses to ensure timely and costeffective deliveries.
Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays or disruptions.
Ensure proper documentation (B/L AWB invoices packing lists certificates of origin etc. for both imports and exports.
Arrange and track container bookings freight consolidation and transshipment processes.
Customs & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations trade laws and INCOTERMS.
Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any relevant issues.
Cost Control & Supply Chain Optimization:
Identify costsaving opportunities in transportation and warehousing.
Analyze freight trends and suggest process improvements for faster and more efficient deliveries.
Stakeholder & Customer Communication:
Coordinate with suppliers vendors customers and internal teams to ensure smooth endtoend logistics.
Address customer inquiries shipment tracking requests and problem resolutions.
Maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders thirdparty logistics 3PL) providers and regulatory bodies.
Data Management & Reporting:
Track shipments and maintain accurate logistics records.
Generate reports on freight costs transit times and performance metrics.
Utilize ERP TMS and WMS systems for realtime shipment tracking and inventory updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Power BI and other analytical tools such as Tableau QlikView etc.
Experience in creating and managing data visualizations and dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
