Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Performing Due Diligence Risk assessments on Unisys suppliers both new and existing ensuring a strong & ethical supply chain.
Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrices.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends opportunities for cost savings and areas for improvement present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisionmaking.
Mitigating business risks by enforcing internal controls and supporting audits related to the Procurement processes.
Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate supplier capabilities to identify potential suppliers and assess market conditions while ensuring alignment with Unisyss procurement strategy
Manage the eSourcing platform and executing eSourcing events and eAuctions ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
Supporting strategic programs such as ESG Supplier Diversity and other transformation initiatives.
Complete ownership of existing policies metrics and processes to ensure compliance with applicable enterprise standards

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- University degree or equivalent in related fields
- 68 years of relevant experience in procurement supplier management or a related role in a global organization
- Experience with Microsoft product suite: Excel Advanced capabilities with strong analytical and reporting skills. Some exposure to PowerBI would be an asset.
- Familiarity with procurement process design and improvement
