Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant BA MCO control room module.
In this role youll engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements as Business Analyst with expertise domain knowledge in compliance and change management.
Responsibilities
Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements.
Convert the biz requirements to user stories
To engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
To interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers and subject matter experts.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Business Analyst with general change management business analysis skills in the compliance space.
Having employee conduct control room and internal audit book of work related exposure.
Strong experience as business analyst preferably within risk management compliance or procurement
Strong in and selfstarted
Able to get things done without too much handholding.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
Capable of writing decent materials (ppt word) prepare summary reports.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certification such as CTPRP or CRMP would be a plus.
