Now available:NightNurseRN/LPN)positions 3rd shift) in Healthcare Services at our Life Plan Community.
Provide all direct resident care and adhere to the principles of the Residents Rights Policy.
Interpret policies and procedures to nursing assistants restorative nursing assistants residents families and physicians.
Communicate vital information to clinical team during shift changes.
Conduct resident rounds daily reporting problems to Nursing Supervisor and initiating corrective action.
Utilize and execute The Nursing Process which requires assessing diagnosing planning implementing and evaluating resident care.
Perform and document comprehensive assessment of each resident.
Order administer and document medications and treatments per the physicians order and accurately record all care provided.
Coach nursing assistants and recommend disciplinary action when necessary to the Director of Nursing.
