Job Responsibilities
- Work with our research team and other traders on our crypto trading desk to identify new opportunities that will complement and enhance our current suite of strategies.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in managing risk while contributing to all other aspects of trading activities such as position management reconciliation research and post trade analysis.
- Develop and share a deep understanding of marketstructure fundamental trends and regulatory considerations in the crypto markets.
Requirements
- Market making experience trading Equities Cryptocurrencies or FX.
- Proven track record of alpha generating strategies idea generation and managing portfolio risk.
- Experience managing retail order flow and signal generation.
- Ability to articulate and troubleshoot trades strategies and systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Must have a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Midhigh frequent trading experience a plus.
- Python or similar coding experience a plus.
