Work Schedule

Second Shift (Afternoons)

Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Cleanroom: no hair products jewelry makeup nail polish perfume exposed piercings facial hair etc... allowed Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses gowning gloves lab coat ear plugs etc. Standing for full shift Strong Odors (chemical lubricants biological products etc.

2nd Shift Hours: Monday Friday 2pm 10:30pm

Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of operators to successfully implement manufacturing processes.
  • Develop monitor and strictly adhere to production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine and resolve any production issues.
  • Implement worldclass manufacturing practices to achieve outstanding product quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high standards of operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma/ GED
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Management or a related field preferred.
  • 23 years experience in a manufacturing or product management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Outstanding problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
