Job Description

  • Manage the financial reporting for the respective business unit. This includes Annual budgeting and Quarterly forecasting.
  • Monthly KRA reporting Variance analysis and sharing Business insights risks and opportunities with Senior management and the Business leadership team.
  • Deriving customer Pricing
  • Facilitate business goals and linked KRA
  • Facilitate strategy formulation by providing business insights from operational & financial data analysis market analysis and trend analysis.
  • Closely work with the resources managers on demand planning and resource allocation to maximize revenue.
  • Perform adhoc Financial Analysis and Business Analytics based on Management requirements.
  • Drive Business Transformation by streamlining Business Processes to optimize performance. Working on various automation of reports.
  • Focus on bottom line improvement for respective Business unit.
  • Risk Management to ensure thebusiness has a solid risk framework in place
  • Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations

Qualifications :

  • Full time graduate. External graduate & nongraduates wont qualify
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Fulltime MBA Finance with 68 years of post qualification experience


Additional Information :

  • 810 years of post qualification relevant experience.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and drive changes
  • Strong Business Acumen Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity ethics and dependability
  • Professional written and oral communication skills Strategic thinking planning and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills including Excel Power point Power BI SAP Strong Business acumen: Preempts business risks by resolving potential issues & managing tradeoffs to drive sustainable business benefits . Acting as trusted advisors to Business
