Job Description
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement to ensure failure cost (IDC nonIDC wastage meet target
- Conduct quality control daily meeting Q activities) on mass production to ensure good quality standards
- Drive and lead quality issue analysis and problem solving.
- Risk management in ECR 4M1E change management
- Ensure timely closure of defined corrective measures from customer complaint or internal detections through entire value stream
- Safe launch planning and management of new product/process/MAE
- Lead Q improvement projects
- Ensure 14 Q basic conducted in value stream
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry/Mechanical related majors.
- Over 3 years quality management experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge with Quality Management method/tools such as APQP PPAP FMEA SPC MSA and 8D.
- Basic Knowledge of quality management system ISO9001 IATF16949(or VDA6.1 and VDA6.3.
- Good skill of data analysis Proficient in using Excel
