A wellestablished business in Scarborough is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of circa 17 per hour and the chance to make an immediate impact in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
- Prepare and review management accounts budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow accruals and deferred income to maintain financial stability
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisionmaking
- Lead and mentor the finance team ensuring efficiency and best practices
- Monitor financial controls costsaving initiatives and risk management
- Liaise with external auditors stakeholders and senior management
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in management accounting Strong background in budgeting variance analysis and financial reporting
- Expertise in cash flow management and forecasting Ability to monitor liquidity forecast accruals and oversee deferred income
- Strong leadership skills Confident managing and developing a finance team improving processes and driving efficiency
