According to our flexibility policy Wherever Works we are looking for people based anywhere in Greece who can work 100 remotely and report to our headquarters in Athens.

The role entails:

• Implementation of enterprise level tailor made multitier applications.

• Working closely and efficiently with the project team of various roles such as software engineers quality assurance engineers devops engineers business analysts and the project manager.

• Implement integration with third party applications / data sources.

• Utilize various workflow document management content management portal systems and relevant frameworks.

The successful candidate should have:

• At least five 5 years relevant professional experience in Software Development using Java/J2EE technologies.

• BSc or MSc degree in IT Engineering Computer Science Applied Sciences or related discipline.

• Working experience in Java programming and related frameworks such as JPA Hibernate Spring Maven.

• Knowledge of React JavaScriptCSS.

• Knowledge of Databases and SQL experience (any of Oracle DB MSSQL DB2 PostgreSQL or MySQL).

• Knowledge of NoSQL Databases(any of MongoDB Cassandra Redis Couchbase.

• Knowledge of clientserver architecture and web services (SOAP/REST).

• Be familiar with Azure DevOps platform or other Version Control Systems i.e. Git) Project/Task Management Systems i.e. Jira).

• Ability to draft technical documentation and having analytical skills to design algorithms.

• Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing in a clear concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek).

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships.

• Working experience with BPMNbusiness process modeling tools and workflow enginesisconsidered a plus.

• Previous experience working in a product team isconsidered a plus.
