Its the passion for providing an amazing gold standard service to the pets. I still believe in this vision and the values around it and my team definitely do. When I first went to Bodmin I just thought this could be my home really.
Having recently taken on the ownership of Bodmin Vets4Pets having worked as a vet nurse at both Bristol Emerson Green and Bodmin Vets for Pets practice owner Sarah is now looking for a part time vet to join her growing practice!
About us
Sarahs passion and commitment to highquality service have led to her progression to becoming practice owner but is also apparent in her dedication to her team. Were passionate about following the guidance of the BVA good workplace also investing in one of the team being a Mental Health First Aider. Were a small welcoming team who bring a real family feel to the practice and are always open to new ideas that will drive us forward with each member of the team bringing something unique and having their own areas of interest.
An ISFM silver award cat friendly practice we have access to all the latest technology and facilities have RCVS Small Animal Accreditation and an ever growing and loyal client base with a varied caseload.
Sarahs determination for progression is also mirrored in the practice ethos. With a newly recruited vet whos recently undertaken a dental certificate the practice is hoping to become specialised in dentistry alongside the passionate team who are already looking to drive progress and excellence across multiple different areas.
We hold regular meetings as well as a daily huddle for the whole team and we structure our days clearly taking 15 minutes for consults longer if required and ensure there is also time to catch up on admin allow for breaks and look after ourselves as well as the patients in our care.

This a parttime position working just 1 day a week (with the possibility of more hours as we grow) and then 1 in 4 Saturdays fitting easily around your other commitments and activities!
