Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using various analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics behaviors and preferences to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in our social media landscape.
Posting and managing all social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn Twitter YouTube Threads and Broadcast Channel) for all our ventures
Maintaining hygiene across platforms like banners story highlights reel covers and more
Collaborating with industry influencers and creators for maximizing brand presence and driving relevant audiences
Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience drive engagement and align with our brand identity.
Create and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategy development.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Instagram Ads) is a plus.
