THE ROLE
The Account Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on scope on time and on budget. As an Account Manager the expectation is flawless project management and emerging in the ability to provide strategic insight to establish a strong relationship with your clients to grow the existing business while adding value to new business opportunities.
You are the perfect fit for this role if you are a firm believer that your clients goals and success are YOUR goals and successes. You are passionate about being a resource and providing efficient service as it relates to current and future trends technology and information affecting your clients business the industry and Kaleidoscope. You are aware of the landscape and can provide council on strategies and tactics that position your clients for success. You listen more than you talk and the question you find yourself asking each day is What does my client need next

Responsibilities

    • Fluent in Kaleidoscopes design and production methodologies and can effectively manage and apply it to multiple projects on time and on budget.
    • Proactively identify and scope out clients needs and the next project.
    • Based on the complexity of the project and/or client you are able to own the approach and accountable for the deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate budget records and track projects against that budget.
    • Proactively uphold the systems and processes that capture potential overbudget situations and effectively address those situations with your Account Director
    • Consistently followthrough on each respective client to ensure that budgeted revenue is billable collectible and we remain profitable.
    • Understand the role of brand strategy and can leverage this knowledge to effectively inform decisions and recommendations.
    • Develop a minimum of two case studies or contribute to industry expertise (via blog publication etc. on an annual basis.
    • Assist with the team on partnering with ECD SDCGD and SD to deliver client acquisition and develop organic business opportunities that are known and unknown.

Qualifications

    • 3 years in an Account Services or Management Marketing Merchandising PR role or a related field
    • Experience with brand packaging and/or identity design experience with a major CPG brand a plus
    • Proven experience managing servicing and/or growing a book of business
    • Excels in both an independent and team environment.

Education

    • BS/BA in Marketing Business Communication or equivalent.
$55000 $81000 a year
