Job Description
Faculty position in the University of Rochester School of Medicine Department of Medicine Division of Allergy Immunology and Rheumatology.
We are recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Allergist to join our academic faculty in our allergy practice. We are a twentythreemember faculty group with world renowned members with expertise in allergic disease rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis SLE Sjogrens Syndrome scleroderma clinical immunology and MSK ultrasound. The Division is a leader in providing high quality care the design and implementation of innovative translational studies and clinical trials and the development of novel approaches in resident and fellowship education. The Division has 7 fully staffed clinic sites and three infusion centers 8 advance practice providers and a robust and talented support staff including 25 RNs working as a team to provide timely stateof the art patient care.
The position will entail an academic faculty appointment in the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Position is commensurate with experience and activities will include patient care supervision of fellows residents and medical students and scholarly endeavors.
M.D. Degree or equivalent
Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date
Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
Must meet all credentialing requirements
Eligible for Board Certification in Allergy
Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
