Job Description

We are looking for a GotoMarket & Enablement Associate. Our teams mission is to build and deploy strategies to drive and train our local teams to provide bestinclass guidance to our Artists & Labels to build and optimize their release and catalog strategies. 

As GotoMarket & Enablement Associate you will drive the adoption of our services products and processes by designing gotomarket strategies delivering training programs and leading crossfunctional projects that impact our local teams. Your work will ensure teams have the knowledge and tools to best support clients in their release strategies. 

Your mission will include :

GotoMarket Strategy 

  • Develop and execute gotomarket strategies to ensure the successful adoption of our services products and processes. 

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless . 

  • Gather insights from local teams to refine strategies and optimize adoption. 

Training & Enablement 

  • Design and deploy training strategies for local teams ensuring they have the bestinclass expertise to guide Artists & Labels effectively. 

  • Develop training materials (e.g. presentations articles elearning modules) tailored to different teams and regional needs. 

  • Conduct training sessions ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention. 

  • Continuously measure the impact of training programs and iterate to enhance effectiveness. 

Project Management & Operational Excellence 

  • Lead and coordinate projects that impact local teams ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Act as a liaison between central and local teams ensuring smooth communication and . 

  • Track and report on KPIs related to gotomarket initiatives and training programs. 


Qualifications :

  • You are a strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across different teams and geographies. 

  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • You have experience working in an international environment collaborating with diverse teams across different regions. 

  • You have a problemsolving mindset and are eager to innovate and optimize processes. 

  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are proactive in driving impact. 

  • Ideally you have experience in gotomarket strategy training enablement or project management within a dynamic organization.
