The Project
The project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.
YourOpportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor Asphalt with airfield pavements asphalt contracting and civil construction background to join our multidisciplinary project team. The role is an excellent opportunity for a selfdriven and ambitious professional to enable and lead the delivery of a major business initiative within a complex project.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior project supervisory role specifically involving crew management and asphalt pavement construction.
- Collaborative team attitude with operational leadership experience.
- Proven commitment to promoting safety quality and environmental compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in developing strong relationships with subcontractor partners internal stakeholders and client representatives.
- High level understanding of asphalt pavement construction processes logistics management and site supervision.
- Extensive experience in construction roles managing multiple pavement surfacing activities and work groups to achieve safety quality time and cost objectives.
- Experience with Defence processes and project delivery will be highly regarded.
- Ability to undertake the role on a 3 & 1 FIFO roster basis.
- Must meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC)
